Shipping Charges and Delivery Times

Our team fulfills orders as quickly as possible, in the order in which they are received.

Typically, orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed, depending on order volume and product availability.


United States Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on orders $50+ within the United States.
  • Orders that don't meet free shipping requirements are charged $5 for shipping.
  • Orders typically arrive within 5-7 days of dispatch from our warehouse.

International Shipping

  • Shipping to Canada costs $20 for the first bag of tea and $10 for each additional bag.
  • Customs duty tax is included and paid by us; you will not incur additional charges.
  • Delivery times are usually 10-15 business days but will vary depending on the destination and the time required for customs processing.
  • We currently don’t ship to other countries.


Order Returns

We offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at within 30 days of receipt with your order number, a photo of the product you received, and the reason you're not happy with it. We will provide you with return instructions.

Once we receive the product back at our facility we will typically issue your refund within 3-5 business days.

The following terms apply for all returned items:

  • We do not issue refunds for any shipping costs associated with your order.
  • Return shipping labels will not be provided. You must mail the product back at your own expense.
  • Refunds will be issued to the same credit card or method or payment that was charged when ordering the product
  • We cannot process or refund orders marked “Return to Sender”
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returned items, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or stolen.


Important Shipping Terms

Address Accuracy Issues

  • It's important to carefully enter your address. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address entry and will not reimburse for them.
  • If our system detects an address error (e.g., missing apartment number), we will place your order on hold and contact you. Failure to respond within 30 days will lead to order cancellation and a refund.
  • If you realize your address is incorrect after the order is shipped, we cannot redirect or change the address mid-transit.
  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer are non-refundable and will not be reshipped. It is your responsibility to contact the occupants of that address to retrieve your order.

Returned Packages

  • Orders marked “Return to Sender” due to incorrect address cannot be processed or refunded.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Packages that are lost while in transit will be reshipped at no additional cost.
  • In the US, a package is deemed “Lost” if not delivered within 10 business days without tracking updates. Internationally, this extends to 20 business days.
  • For damaged packages, email with images of the damage.
  • Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it, the responsibility lies with the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim regarding the undelivered package. It is important to report this issue to the carrier as soon as possible for prompt resolution. We do not refund for missing, stolen, or wrong address packages.
