Taheebo Tea Brewing Instructions

To maximize health benefits, Taheebo Tea, or Pau d’Arco Tea, should be brewed as a decoction. This is the best method to extract all of its healing properties.

A decoction involves adding tea to water, bringing it to a boil, then continuing to simmer for approximately 20 minutes.
